When I was younger fairy tales, especially Disney, were my favourite films. Generally, Fairy tales are associated with children as children are who the first well known fairy tales were written for. However in seventeenth century France the first stories to be called “Fairy tales” were written for adults. With this in mind, I wanted to take the films I loved when I was a child and bring them with me into adulthood.
